Resiliency

Resiliency

The ability to keep trying after we fail at something, or being strong enough to handle challenges without them breaking our spirit, is resiliency. Life will throw us curve balls - we’re going to experience setbacks, challenges and failures that test our strength at school, in our personal lives, in relationships, and at work.

Building resiliency helps us bounce back after difficult situations, and it’s a skill that we can practice and use in all areas of life.
