Conflict Resolution

Conflict Resolution

In our workplaces, classes and families we often find ourselves dealing with people who have different values, goals, communication styles, experiences and ways of thinking. If we don’t like those differences we may find ourselves experiencing a conflict. Dealing with conflict when it happens – and hopefully fixing it – is often called conflict resolution.

We’re not going to be able to get along with everyone we meet or work with – but for the sake of a professional working environment, it’s important that we know what to do about that.
