Decision Making

Decision Making

We have to make decisions every day – some big and some small. We make those decisions in many different ways – impulsively, emotionally, because of pressure from others, based on previous experiences, through research, or by asking questions and weighing our options.

Knowing how we typically make decisions and learning about new decision-making tools and resources can help us understand both ourselves and why our choices do or do not work out.
