Work Ethic

Work Ethic

If “ethics” can be described as a set of rules or principles that guides someone’s choices and behaviour, then “work ethic” can be similarly described as a set of rules or principles that guides a person’s choices and behaviour at work.

It’s not just one behaviour, but a combination of different skills, choices, and actions including attitude, integrity, accountability, coachability, initiative, reliability and personal presentation.
