Literacy Link South Central is a literacy information and referral network servicing the 6 counties of Oxford, Elgin, Middlesex, Brant, Haldimand & Norfolk.
Literacy Link South Central was created in 1991. We are a non-profit literacy network and a registered charity. We are funded primarily by the Ontario Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities.
Literacy Link South Central helps to create and maintain a well-coordinated literacy system to meet the literacy needs of our service area.
Literacy Link South Central definition of literacy:
Literacy is the ability to recognize, acquire and apply knowledge. It constitutes the wide range of skills necessary for improving one's quality of life.
