Literacy Link South Central is a literacy information and referral network servicing the 6 counties of Oxford, Elgin, Middlesex, Brant, Haldimand & Norfolk.

Literacy Link South Central was created in 1991. We are a non-profit literacy network and a registered charity. We are funded primarily by the Ontario Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities. Literacy Link South Central helps to create and maintain a well-coordinated literacy system to meet the literacy needs of our service area.books

Literacy is the ability to recognize, acquire and apply knowledge. It constitutes the wide range of skills necessary for improving one's quality of life.
