Learn the results of our recent employer interviews

Throughout 2020, Literacy Link South Central has been working on an Ontario Labour Market Partnership Project to better connect employment-bound adult literacy learners to entry-level jobs in manufacturing. As part of that initiative, we interviewed eleven manufacturers about their hiring practices, the soft skills they find most valuable, and how a soft skills assessment tool could help support their hiring practices.

We are happy to release a 2-page infographic to share the results of these interviews here. If you would like to read the full Employer Engagement Summary Report, you can do so here
