About Tamara:
Tamara Kaattari has been the Executive Director of Literacy Link South Central since 1996.
She has an Honours degree in English and has further credentials in Teaching English as a Second Language, Adult Education, Editing and Evaluation. She is truly a lifelong learner. Tamara began her work in the literacy field as a tutor in a community-based agency. She recognizes the changing powers of literacy and education, and she is committed to building a dynamic and effective literacy system.
Tamara takes the lead role in Service Planning for Literacy Link South Central. She brings her enthusiasm for literacy and her 20 + years of experience and knowledge of the literacy system to each local
