Thames Valley District School Board - Gateway to Learning (Upgrading)

Gateway to Learning provides small upgrading classes to adults who may have been out of school for a number of years and are unsure of their skill levels.
Programs are free, and learners can join at any time throughout the school year.  Classes are available in London, Woodstock, Ingersoll, St. Thomas, Strathroy and Tillsonburg.  Times vary according to location.
These classes are recommended for adults who want to refresh and update their basic reading, writing and math skills:
  • to get back on track to completing their Grade 12 diploma
  • to prepare for the GED exam
  • to be ready for a job or a job promotion
  • to build confidence
